our community

We have over 200 members from more than 100 global companies, and we’re still growing.

Our members hail from across the globe and represent a diverse array of roles, tenures, industries, and company sizes. As bridges between our community and their “home” organizations, all of our members make a two-fold commitment:

Bring community learnings back to their teams and business partners to improve experiences for their people.

Both give and take, bringing questions and challenges as well as ideas and possible solutions, so that we all have opportunity to learn from each other.

We meet virtually at least every other month. Meetings include presentations by our members of their real-life work to drive impact in their organizations; discussions of the latest EX research; and small-group conversations about common EX challenges, emerging trends, and compelling ideas.

Access to an online community platform provides ongoing communication between members from different regions, roles, and industries. Members use this channel to network and build relationships, connect with others working on similar EX initiatives, and to ask questions and seek help.

This year we are excited to offer our inaugural in-person event. Learn more.

Meet our steering committee

With a member group of over 200 enterprise EX leaders, the EXchange is guided by a dedicated steering committee. This committee is comprised of distinguished founding members who have been with the EXchange since its inception, along with other EX leaders. They collaborate closely with the Director of Memberships and Community to direct the activities of the EXchange. This ensures the community stays true to its core principle: By EX leaders, for EX leaders. Our founding members, with their exceptional talent, have been instrumental to our community. Their active participation and knowledge sharing continue to bring immense value to the community.
